• Maximum capacity 6 people per pass.
• Duration: Approx. 1 hour
• Important note: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Jappy is an experience designed to enjoy and connect in small groups..

If you are a large group with children, we recommend that you experience it as a family, as with so many stimuli, the kids can get distracted by each other and lose the magic of the different environments created with so much love. 

If you are more than 6 adults, , the dynamic changes and we are here to help you manage your visit and answer any questions you may have. Write to us and we will guide you to make the experience unforgettable!  

To make the most of your visit, bear in mind these tips:

• Arrive on time according to your pass schedule to make the most of every moment.
• Have your entry code ready and get ready with a fun song you love.
• At the entrance, you can register your arrival and store your personal belongings.
• Dress comfortably and bring a fully charged mobile phone.
• Avoid carrying valuables in your pockets.
• If you come by car, check in advance for available parking.
• Consider using public transport to get there without hassle.
• If you come with children, keep them supervised at all times so that they can enjoy themselves to the full.
