Jappy Gallery is the first sensory gallery in Bilbao, designed to stimulate the senses and promote happiness through immersive experiences full of details, colours and creativity.

Jappy Gallery is an experience designed for adults to reconnect with their inner child in a magical space. If you come with children, they accompany you, and it is you who will guide them to enjoy every corner together. Although it is open to all ages, we seek to rescue the essence of how special it is to live this moment through the eyes of adults.

We are located in Bilbao, at Estrada de Mala 6 - Bilbao.

You can get there by public transport:

1. Metro, San Mames stop, exit Sabino Arana 10 min walk
2. Renfe, Autonomía stop, 5 min walk
3. Tramway, Basurto or La Casilla stop.
4. By bike, public bike parking 20 metres away
5. By car, car parks along the green line.

We are open like this:

Wednesday and Thursday: From 11:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00 h. 

Friday: From 11:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 21:00 h. 

Saturdays: From 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 21:00 h. 

Sundays and holidays: From 10:00 to 15:00 h.

You can also buy your ticket directly from the Gallery, subject to availability.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your ticket, especially during weekends and public holidays.

This is not necessary. Showing the entry on your mobile phone will be enough, just bring it as a download or screenshot.

The experience lasts approximately 1 hour.

We recommend that you come without a pushchair so that you can enjoy the experience more comfortably and safely.

At Jappy Gallery, we strive to offer an inclusive and accessible space for everyone. We have endeavoured to prepare the gallery for all audiences. We will soon have a preview guide to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. In addition, we have two entrances to facilitate wheelchair access: one at the main entrance equipped with an adaptor and one at the rear entrance at ground level. However, we ask that you please let us know when you make your reservation so that we can make sure you have access to enjoy the experience without any problems.

No, we do not have parking facilities for our visitors. If you come in good time you can park in the area, however it is much better to access by metro, train, tram, bus or bike.

Yes, Jappy Gallery is available for private events such as bachelor parties, baby showers, corporate events, birthdays and any other special occasion you can think of. Keep an eye out for our themed Jappy Afternoons. Themed Jappy Evenings are special events held in the evening at Jappy Gallery. Each one is designed around a specific theme and offers a unique and immersive experience for visitors. During these events, the gallery transforms to immerse you in an environment in keeping with the selected theme, combining lights, sounds, colours and interactive activities. Seating is limited to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all attendees and each ticket includes a non-alcoholic drink and an aperitif from one of our partner restaurants, providing a quality tasting to complement the experience.
